This Privacy Policy describes how Redstring ("the App", "we", "us"), operated by Oguzhan Yildirim, handles information when you use the App. We designed the App to collect as little data as possible: the App has no user accounts, does not ask for your name, email address, contacts, photos, or location, and all story progress is stored on your device.
The App is a work of interactive fiction. Every phone, message, photo, contact, and person that appears inside the game is fictional content bundled with the App. The App does not access, read, scan, or transmit:
We use a small number of third-party services to keep the App working and improve it:

These identifiers are not linked to your real identity and we do not use them to track you across other companies' apps or websites. The App does not display third-party advertising and does not use the Apple advertising identifier (IDFA).
Payments are processed entirely by Apple. We never see your payment details. Subscription status (e.g. "premium active") is associated with an anonymous identifier so your unlocks can be restored on reinstall via "Restore Purchases".
If you grant notification permission, the App schedules local notifications on your device (for example, a new message from a story character or a reminder that a new case is available). These are generated on your device; we do not send you remote marketing pushes tied to your identity.
The App is rated for users aged 13 and older and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Story progress lives only on your device and is deleted when you delete the App. Anonymous analytics data is retained by Firebase for a limited period (up to 14 months) and then deleted. To request deletion of subscription-related anonymous data, contact us with your anonymous app user ID (visible in Settings → Support inside the App).
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data. Because we hold no directly identifying data, most requests can be satisfied by deleting the App; for anything else, contact us and we will respond within 30 days.
We may update this policy as the App evolves (for example, if online features are added). Material changes will be announced inside the App.
